Deon Morrow Inducted Into 2023 PepsiCo Chairman’s Circle of Champions

Pepsi Bottling Ventures (PBV) is pleased to announce that Deon Morrow, Warehouse Supervisor at its facility in Harrisburg, NC, has been inducted into the 2023 PepsiCo Chairman’s Circle of Champions. This honor is truly a prestigious accomplishment, bestowed upon the top one-tenth of one percent of operations team members across the global PepsiCo system.

“Words cannot express how thankful I am to receive such an honor,” said Morrow. “I am truly humbled and grateful to receive this award. None of this would be possible without God, my wife, and my family.”

In recognition of his achievement, Deon and his wife will attend the Circle of Champions induction ceremony at PepsiCo’s corporate headquarters in White Plains, New York, alongside other award winners and PepsiCo’s CEO, Ramon Laguarta.

Deon embarked on his journey with Pepsi in 1994 and has held various roles throughout his career, highlighting his versatility and commitment to his team. Beyond his professional achievements, Deon loves to serve his community, regularly visiting the local youth detention center to encourage, uplift, and guide young individuals.
