PBV Wins ‘Outstanding Business In Philanthropy’ Award
Our PBV values represent who we are as an organization. Adding value is a cornerstone of how we interact not only with each other and our customers but also within the communities where we operate.
We were honored to accept the Outstanding Business or Corporation award from the Association of Fundraising Professionals during a recent ceremony recognizing National Philanthropy Day. This award recognizes a business in the Raleigh-Durham area that has made significant contributions to bettering their community and leaning in on supporting important efforts like environmental sustainability, health & wellness, disaster relief, and economic support for underserved communities. We are truly humbled to receive this year’s award!
Over the past two decades, PBV has partnered with numerous organizations throughout the Raleigh-Durham area, like Conservation Trust for North Carolina, Conservation Corps North Carolina, Inter-Faith Food Shuttle, Keep North Carolina Beautiful, and the Foundation of Hope. These partnerships allow us to stay connected to the needs of our people and community. We’ve supported water-quality efforts for the Upper Neuse River, a critical water source for thousands of communities, helped to build nature trails and preserve parks in Raleigh, supported litter clean-up initiatives, provided much-needed food and school supplies for families in need, and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to help those struggling with mental illness.
PBV is proud to support these initiatives and recognize that the true heroes are the non-profits and change-makers that make our communities thrive.
PBV has made it a pillar of its operations to grow for good and contribute to the communities where we live and work. This philosophy is representative of Suntory and PepsiCo and culminated through our actions.
From our Harrington, Delaware facility to our operations in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, we are ONE PBV and are proud to give back.
