First Tee-Triangle And PBV Announce 5-Year $75,000+ Partnership

Commitment Fuels Key Initiatives And Supports First Tee’s New Center for Youth Development

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC (PBV), the nation’s largest independent bottler and distributor of Pepsi-Cola products, is proud to announce a five-year commitment to support the mission of First Tee – Triangle, a premier youth development organization dedicated to empowering young people through the game of golf. This strategic partnership will see PBV as the official non-alcoholic beverage partner for First Tee’s new Center for Youth Development and a prominent contributor to several key initiatives.

Over the next five years, PBV has pledged an annual contribution of $5,500 to become the Presenting Sponsor of First Tee’s Drive4Success Champions Challenge event. Additionally, PBV committed $10,000 each year to support the Center for Youth Development, a state-of-the-art golf facility designed by world-renowned architect Gil Hanse that is open to the public and includes a driving range and short game practice area, playground, event pavilion, and classroom spaces.

To help further their commitment, PBV will provide in-kind beverage donations of water and sugar-free beverage options at all First Tee – Triangle programs and fundraising events. PBV will also provide an in-kind donation of beverage equipment to the Center for Youth Development.

The partnership between PBV and First Tee – Triangle is a collaboration between two organizations committed to taking a proactive role in shaping a brighter future for our youth and community.
